be simultaneously translated from English to Polish and
from Polish to English.
All posters must be available for viewing in the Exhibit
room of the Conference Centre "Witek" throughout
the day it is scheduled. They should be mounted before
8:30 on the day it is presented and be removed after 18:30
(6:30 PM) on the same day. After 19:00 (7:00 PM), staff
members will remove the posters still on the boards. The
posters will be sequentially numbered and the poster number
will be given to the author at the registration desk (or
in the registration package).
